"Bobby Jindal, the Republican gubernatorial race's front-runner, on Friday told a Lafayette audience about his plans for the state's future.

Jindal spoke at a luncheon for the Louisiana State Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution about health care, education, insurance, immigration, economic growth and the need for common sense in government."
