Congress looks at bills on post-hurricane insurance

Congress is considering legislation to address two post-Katrina insurance problems: denial of claims after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita on the grounds that flooding instead of wind caused the damage and the industry's pullout from many coastal markets that resulted in significantly higher premiums for those still able to obtain coverage.
